I build IT for growth, not outages.

CTO and CIO with experience across seven industries. I have led teams of up to a hundred people and still write code myself. I put AI agents into real processes, build MVPs in weeks, and work out why development costs so much and moves so slowly.

How I can help

AI agents for routine work

inbound requests, first-line support, documents, outbound calls

Not a slide deck — a working loop: the agent takes the volume, people handle the exceptions. As CTO of Viewery I build voice agents for the real estate market and write the orchestration myself, without off-the-shelf frameworks. I measure the result in hours and money.

MVPs in weeks

from idea to the App Store and RuStore

My last two apps took two weeks each. I set the architecture and the boundaries; AI writes the code inside them. MomsLab was built the same way, without knowing Flutter: 150 thousand downloads, rated 4.9.

Development audit

why it costs so much, why it is slow, what to do

I go through estimates and budgets, check acceptance, read other people's code and find where the team loses time. On one project I worked through 589 support tickets and found 40% of the work was going to the wrong people. Right now I am auditing a fintech platform: architecture, processes, resilience.

Analytics

1C, CRM and marketplaces in one place

ClickHouse and DataLens, ETL from several sources, data marts built for management decisions. I made mpradar, analytics for Wildberries and Ozon seller accounts, from the data schema to the interface.

Integrations

1C with the website, CRM, warehouse, WB and Ozon, hardware

At TsUM and 2mood I was both the client and the architect for integrations of 1C with CRM, ecommerce and BI. At Bafood I connected the cloud platform to POS, the kitchen and in-store terminals over open protocols.

The whole IT function

CTO / CIO, full-time or part-time

Strategy, budget, team, infrastructure, security. I ran an IT budget of up to 700 million roubles a year and built out CI/CD, SLAs and incident management. For two years I was CTO of a cybersecurity product at InfoWatch.
